Patient Financing
Because dental insurance most likely doesn’t meet your dental needs and usually does not cover cosmetic procedures, we offer many financial arrangements that can help you achieve your treatment goals. By making arrangements in advance, you can spread out your payments for up to five years, making your treatment affordable. Read more about patient financing.

HIPAA
In 1996, the US Congress passed into law the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act. The basis of this law is to insure the security of citizens’ personal information when it is given to health care providers for use. Personal Health Information (PHI) is administrated by strict standards set forth in the law.

OSHA
Your health and safety are our chief concerns. Dr. Caughey’s practice adheres to strict federal guidelines administrated by the Occupation Safety and Health Administration (OSHA) to protect each patient from bacteria or infection. Please follow the link below to review these guidelines.
